After you make your purchase, it’s normal for it to take up to 48 hours for the shipment to be processed before it ships out, which isn’t included in the shipping times.   • You can file a claim through Route for a missing package if the tracking hasn’t updated within the 5 days of the last update. (For example: If the last update on your tracking is April 4th, then you can file your claim on April 6th.)

Of course! MoxieLash Magnetic Eyeliner is typically safe for people with sensitive skin. Our formula has absolutely no heavy metals or parabens. It contains iron powder, which is non-toxic according to the EWG. If you have specific concerns or have recently undergone eye surgery, please consult your doctor.
First things first- prime your eyes! Primer is optional, but if you want your makeup to stay longer, you should do this and set your primer with a translucent powder or eyeshadow. Next, shake your Magnetic Eyeliner, then open and sweep the brush against the rim to remove any excess liner. Apply the liner from the inner corner to the outer corner of your eyelid, allowing the magnetic liquid liner to dry for three minutes. After three - five minutes, touch the back of your finger against the liner—if no residue comes off, it’s fully dry! Then, get your favorite pair of Moxie lashes and place them close to the liner to level up your lash game.
With proper care and storage, your MoxieLash lashes will last you 50 uses. Bionic Silk MoxieLash lashes will last up to 60 uses!
Lifted lash corners are NO fun. To tackle lifted corners, we recommend curling the lash band around your finger to bend the lash band itself. This helps loosen it up so that it flexes and contours to your eye shape. Another tip is adding a little extra liner in the stubborn area itself to keep your lash secure!
Are your lashes a little too long? Good news— they’re customizable! To trim your lashes, measure the lash on your eye before applying the Magnetic Liner and decide how much you need to trim off. Take our MoxieLash Scissors and snip off the excess from the outer corner flush to the last magnet. Then apply your liner and lashes like normal.

🚨BLOWN AWAY!! 🤯🙌

These lashes are the EASIEST I’ve ever used… I literally had my eye done in 15 seconds! So great to not have to mess with glue or magnets and they look soo seamless! I love that I can customize my look with the clusters too! 10/10 recommend!💕

No more embarrassing moments on my Zoom meetings!

I work virtually and spend hours every day on Zoom meetings with clients. I started wearing the magnetic Moxie lashes about 6 months ago to help me look more awake. Unfortunately, after 8 hours of wear, they would start coming off and it was really distracting. I had to discreetly pull my lashes off mid-meeting more than once! So I decided to try the nanogrip lashes and they are FANTASTIC - uper comfortable and stay in place so well that I sometimes forget I even have them on and have to get out of bed at night to remove them when I remember 😴
