- We can’t wait for you to get your goodies! All orders, regardless of shipping speed, are shipping out within 2 business days. MoxieLash's warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday and holidays.
- If you need to cancel or edit your order and it has not shipped out yet, please chat with our support team or email us at support@moxielash.com!
- It’s normal to not see your tracking move for up to 48 hours from the first scan. If it has passed this time and your tracking is still not updated, please contact us.
- For international shipments, you might not see your tracking update during its transit from the US to your country. If it does not update for more than 4 weeks, please chat with us or email us at support@moxielash.com!
