  1. Apply an eyeshadow primer to your eyelid and set it with powder or eyeshadow. This step is optional, but it helps hold your makeup on longer.
  2. Shake your Magnetic Eyeliner before opening the bottle.
  3. Sweep the brush against the rim to remove any excess liner.
  4. Apply the liner from the inner corner to the outer corner of your lash line, allowing it to dry for three minutes.
  5. Grab your lash of choice from the Cozy Lash and apply it directly to your fully dried Magnetic Liner.

After you make your purchase, it’s normal for it to take up to 48 hours for the shipment to be processed before it ships out, which isn’t included in the shipping times. Please do note, our warehouse is closed on the weekends and holidays so any orders made then will be processed on the following business day. 

  • You can file a claim through Route for a missing package if the tracking hasn’t updated within the 5 days of the last update. (For example: If the last update on your tracking is April 4th, then you can file your claim on April 6th.)
  • If your tracking shows delivered before reaching out we recommend waiting up to 24 hours. While it’s rare, tracking can be marked delivered by mistake and you could receive the package the next day. 
  • If you entered the wrong address at the time of order, MoxieLash is not responsible for a replacement.

Of course! MoxieLash Magnetic Eyeliner is typically safe for people with sensitive skin. Our formula has absolutely no heavy metals or parabens. It contains iron powder, which is non-toxic according to the EWG. If you have specific concerns or have recently undergone eye surgery, please consult your doctor.
First things first- prime your eyes! Primer is optional, but if you want your makeup to stay longer, you should do this and set your primer with a translucent powder or eyeshadow. Next, shake your Magnetic Eyeliner, then open and sweep the brush against the rim to remove any excess liner. Apply the liner from the inner corner to the outer corner of your eyelid, allowing the magnetic liquid liner to dry for three minutes. After three - five minutes, touch the back of your finger against the liner—if no residue comes off, it’s fully dry! Then, get your favorite pair of Moxie lashes and place them close to the liner to level up your lash game.
With proper care and storage, your MoxieLash lashes will last you 50 uses. Bionic Silk MoxieLash lashes will last up to 60 uses!
Lifted lash corners are NO fun. To tackle lifted corners, we recommend curling the lash band around your finger to bend the lash band itself. This helps loosen it up so that it flexes and contours to your eye shape. Another tip is adding a little extra liner in the stubborn area itself to keep your lash secure!
Are your lashes a little too long? Good news— they’re customizable! To trim your lashes, measure the lash on your eye before applying the Magnetic Liner and decide how much you need to trim off. Take our MoxieLash Scissors and snip off the excess from the outer corner flush to the last magnet. Then apply your liner and lashes like normal.

Cozy Lash - Absolute FAVORITE whispy lash

MoxieLash is the first and ONLY company I have ever purchased lashes. In the past, I could never figure out how to use the regular lash w/glue...the ones you can pick up at any store. About 2 years ago, I came across MoxieLash and noticed they sold magnetic lashes, which I had never heard of at the time. Decided to give them a try, started out by purchasing the natural lash kit. I couldn't believe how easy the magnetic lashes were to put on...I was hooked! So, I went on to purchase additional lashes until I found a natural lash that wasn't over the top, not too long, not to short - I believe I've purchased just about every magnetic lash that Moxie sells. Finally, I came across Cozy Lash - this is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE lash, I don't want to wear another lash.

Unfortunately, there are times Moxie is out of stock with Cozy lash for months at a time. The first time this happened, immediately, I contacted customer service to find out if Moxie had discontinued the Cozy lash - customer service at the time could not provide any information as they weren't sure. All they could share is that the lash was out of stock and the system was not showing if the lash was being discontinued or not. I thought NO WAY, I just found a natural looking lash that I love and now it's gone. Anyway, I continued to check the site every few weeks and finally noticed Cozy lash was available again. Every once in a while Cozy lash will be out of stock for months at a time.

PLEASE DON'T EVER DISCONTINUE…

So I have 2 favorite magnetic lashes. 1. Cozy and 2. Classy. They look very realistic and with practice the application becomes effortless. My advice is do not give up! They are certainly a game changer!
