After you make your purchase, it’s normal for it to take up to 48 hours for the
shipment to be processed before it ships out, which isn’t included in the shipping
times. Please do note, our warehouse is closed on the weekends and holidays so any
orders made then will be processed on the following business day.

You can file a claim through Route for a missing package if the tracking hasn’t
updated within the 5 days of the last update. (For example: If the last update on
your tracking is April 4th, then you can file your claim on April 6th.)

If your tracking shows delivered before reaching out we recommend waiting up to 24
hours. While it’s rare, tracking can be marked delivered by mistake and you could
receive the package the next day.

If you entered the wrong address at the time of order, MoxieLash is not
responsible for a replacement.
